MIKE TYSON was again in trouble with a fan a few weeks after he repeatedly punched a flight attendant.
The youngest heavyweight champion was in Las Vegas to witness Shakur Stevenson's victory over Oscar Valdez.
Later, he was filmed taking photos with supporters after a woman approached Tyson, 55.
While he was taking a picture, she appeared to place her hand on his face.
The boxing icon was clearly annoyed.
Iron Mike walked away with his entourage and an amicable altercation was avoided.

This comes just weeks after Tyson was recorded in an attack on Melvin Townsend III who was allegedly causing serious injury to Tyson.
This incident occurred before a flight that was scheduled to depart San Francisco International Airport for Florida at 10.30pm.
Later, police confirmed that they were called to the scene in San Francisco at 10:10 PM when the plane was preparing for takeoff.
They spoke with two men who were not identified but were both released.
Matt Morgan, Townsend's attorney, told TMZ that his client is a huge Mike Tyson fan.
Mike Tyson became excited when he boarded the plane. Their first encounter was cordial.
"At some point, Mr. Tyson became overexcited by a fan and began striking him in an exaggerated manner.
"This situation could be avoided by simply contacting the flight attendant."
Tyson spokesperson said that Tyson was involved in an incident with an aggressive passenger on board who harassed Tyson and threw water bottles at him while Tyson was sitting.
