Former heavyweight boxing champion, Mike Tyson, has amazed fans with his jaw-dropping physique at the age of 57, playfully teasing that he's still got what it takes.

Tyson, who became the youngest heavyweight champion at the age of 20, has maintained his incredible shape since his comeback fight in 2020.

In a recent post on X, Tyson posed shirtless, flexing his muscles, and captioned the photo with the words "Still got it." Fans couldn't agree more, with one commenting, "You definitely do!" Another added, "Age is just a number."

Tyson's Comeback and Retirement

Last year, Tyson took part in an exhibition match against fellow boxing legend Roy Jones Jr., which ended in a draw after eight rounds. Tyson's dedication to fitness and discipline was evident in his performance.

Although there were talks of Tyson returning for more exhibition fights, negotiations fell through, and Tyson has since been enjoying his retirement.

However, Tyson has been keeping busy by assisting former UFC champion Francis Ngannou, 37, as he prepares for his boxing debut against Tyson Fury, 35, in Saudi Arabia this Saturday.

Tyson's Coaching Role

Tyson has taken on the role of coaching Ngannou, and according to the MMA Hour, their training sessions have been intense and focused on volume and pressure.

Ngannou has spoken about Tyson's coaching style, saying, "He's very intense. It's about volume. It's about pressure. It's pressing, pressing. I remember the first time we trained together, and then the next day, he was like, 'Are you sore?' I'm like, 'No.' [He said], 'That's a mistake.' And then, I wake up the next day... I was sore from the second training."

It's clear that Tyson's dedication to fitness and his expertise in the sport continue to make an impact, even outside of the boxing ring.
