Mike Tyson, the boxing legend, looks great at 55. Tyson will be heading to St Barts with his family and friends for a beach vacation.

MIKE TYSON was in great shape when he was photographed on the St Barts beach.

Iron Mike, 55 years old, enjoys the Caribbean sun with his family and friends ahead of the holiday season.

As the group walked along the beach, at least two women joined the American.

Tyson, Knockout's hero, wore a white shirt with socks and black shorts.

He smiled as he chatted with fellow beachgoers.

Tyson announced earlier this week that he would KO sparring partners as soon as possible to be able to return home and see Tom and Jerry.

Tyson was obsessed with cartoons and often turned five-hour sparring sessions into sub-60-minute destructions.

This is Tyson's confidante Rudy Gonzalez, an ex-bodyguard, chauffeur, and bodyguard. Rudy was a seat at the ringside during New Yorker's rise into infamy.

SunSport exclusively spoke to Gonzalez: "When we trained together in Vegas, our sparring sessions were between 12 and 5pm.

"He would have been the most polite guy before asking sparring partners: How are you doing today? How's your family?'

"Then, he would knock out five men all at once so that there was no one left.

"I watched him punch the heavy bags so hard that it broke several times from the chains. The other boxers would leave and say, 'We are not f ****** today. I don't care what you pay me.

"Anyone who thought they were ready to take him on would be hit and they'd snap. They would soon pack their bags.

"So I asked my boss: "Boss, I'm confused. Isn't it about working on techniques?"

He replied, "If I keep it up, we will miss Tom and Jerry cartoons."

Tyson, the superhuman Tyson, would also have sex before fights because he was afraid he would kill his opponent.

Tyson's emotional energy was so high that he would even cry before entering the ring to kill his opponents.
