MIKE TYSON’S team claims that he was 'thrown a bottle of water at him and harassed' which led to the boxing star punching a passenger.
The incident occurred on board a flight that was scheduled to depart from San Francisco International Airport at 10:30pm local.

Witnesses say Tyson was initially "cool", according to witnesses.
The Baddest Man on Earth even took a selfie and was "patient" with the man sitting behind him.
The passenger continued to "annoy" him, and the American then allegedly began to throw a series punches at his face, which he claimed bled into his forehead.
Team Tyson has now made a statement to TMZ regarding the worrying incident.

It says: "Unfortunately Mr Tyson had an accident on a flight with a hostile passenger who began harassing and threw water bottles at him while he sat in his seat."
The video showed Tyson throwing a series of punches at the man.
Sources close to the boxing legend claimed that the passenger was "extremely drunk" and would not stop prodding the heavyweight athlete.
Witnesses said that Tyson disembarked the plane just seconds later.
After the punch, the victim received medical attention and spoke with police.
Tyson is regarded as one of the most intimidating and skilled boxers of all times.
Iron Mike had a long and successful career, winning 50 of 58 fights. He lost just six.
Tyson gave up on his trademark intensity, which made him so fearful, and he began to look for other ventures.
