MIKE TYSON will make his Bollywood acting debut with the film 'Liger.
Tyson agreed to appear in a cameo part last month and the movie will be released next year.
Vijay Deverakonda, the lead actor, announced the news via his social media accounts.
He tweeted: "We promised you Madness! We're just starting. This is the first time Indian Screens has seen it. Joining our mass spectacle - #LIGER. The Baddest Man on the Planet. The God of Boxing. The Legend, the Beast and the Greatest of All Time. IRON MIKETYSON. #Namaste TYSON."
Liger tells the story of Tyson, a kickboxer with a speech impairment.
The 55-year-old former boxer has enjoyed a diverse career since he retired in 2005.
He hosts a podcast called "Hotboxin" with Mike Tyson and has appeared on the silver screen numerous times.

His most notable roles include the Hangover franchise and Scary Movie V.
Tyson's Liger is a significant change in scene, however, the film will be released only in Hindi and Telugu.
Tyson will also appear in two additional films in 2022: 'Vendetta’ and 'Soul Business’.
Iron Mike's boxing career has not ended yet. The former world champion revealed that he would love to face any of the Paul brothers.
