MIKE TYSON, 55, is in top condition.
"Weird" stem-cell treatment was administered to Iron Mike, who retired in 2005.
Last year, the former heavyweight king made a comeback against Roy Jones Jr.
Tyson shared his secrets to getting back in shape with rapper LL Cool J during the Rock the Bells Radio radio show on SiriusXM.
He said, "Really, I would just change to my diet and do some cardio work."
"Cardio must start. You have to have the endurance to continue training.
"It's important to get in cardio. I would recommend that you do at least two hours per day. You will make sure that you eat the right food.
It's almost like eating slave food to me. It's not easy to do what you don't like, but it's easier than doing it. You don't have to get up if you don’t want.
"That's it. It's becoming a slave for life.
"Being a slave of life means being the best person possible, the best that you can possibly become. When you're at your best, nobody will ever talk about you. This is when you are at your best.

Stem-cell therapy was another factor that helped Tyson return to training after 15 years. This has made him feel "different".
Stem-cell therapy refers to the treatment or prevention of a condition or disease using stem cells. It is usually done through bone marrow transplantation.
Tyson was asked if that meant his white blood had been spun, and then put back into him. He replied "Yes." It was almost transfluid when they took it.
"I could see through the blood and they then injected it into me.
"And I've always been strange, I have to get balanced now."
Tyson, his reigning champion, would get up at 4.30am to run and then head to the gym to do 10-12 rounds boxing with a variety of muscle exercises.
His diet included 3000-4000 calories of carbs and proteins, which fueled his training sessions.
Tyson, who was 20 years old and still holds the title of youngest heavyweight champion, retired with a record 50-6-2. He is one of the most famous punchers of all times.
