Money Kicks, a YOUTUBE star, expects Floyd Mayweather's fight to be confirmed "very soon" and teased that an announcement would come in "a few days".
The Middle East-based blogger is currently in the final stages for negotiations to meet boxing legend Mayweather on Feb 20.
Money Kicks anticipates that Floyd Mayweather's fight will be confirmed "very soon"
.
The teams are currently overseeing contracts for the exhibition, which will be held on top of Burj Al Arab Jumeirah's 700ft Burj al Arab Dubai hotel.
This means that Mayweather's latest money-spinning spectacle is getting closer.
Money Kicks, real name Rashed Belhasa, told SunSport that "it's in the final stage. It's with the attorneys.
"We'll make a deal. I believe it will happen. It's the last stage, and the date has been set.
"Maybe in the next few days there will be an announcement."
After beating Conor McGregor (33) in a lucrative cross-over fight, Mayweather, 44 has officially retired from boxing.
He has been back twice since then, first in an exhibition against featherweight kickboxer Tenshin Naukawa (23).
Logan Paul (26), a YouTuber, took the icon, who was now retired, eight times. He weighed TWO STONE MORE.
In an effort to break the lucrative UAE boxing market, Mayweather turned to Belhasa.
Money Kicks stated that he did it because there are no boxers in the area. Me, I love to enter markets that people have never done. Set a trend.
"Over here, I was the first YouTuber with a million subscribers. This is still a new market.
"That's why Floyd wanted a boxer here because I'm large in the Middle East, Asia. Now, I can be huge in the whole world."
Mayweather is currently training again and has been called the 'Best Ever'. He retired at a record-breaking 50-0.
Belhasa, just 20 years old, has had only TWO fights since he started boxing last year.
They were against Anas Elshayib, Ajmal Khan and others on the celebrity banner "Social Knockout" - which he also co-owns.
The son of billionaire construction Saif Ahmad was well-known for his viral videos, lavish lifestyle and boxing.
This includes supercars and celeb meetings, as well as a private Zoo that has hosted Mayweather and other sports stars.
Belhasa admitted to admiring his next potential ring rival and even wearing The Money Team merchandise.
The social media sensation won't let Mayweather down, at least not until the end of their eight-round show.
Money Kicks stated: "Floyd has always been respectful, cool, humble guy and I have always had the TMT merchandise before meeting Floyd.
"I took photos and always wore his merchandise. He was always respectful.
"When I first met him, he said that 'You are the man'. I asked him, "Which guy?" He replied, "You're the one, you always support my."
"I didn’t know he knew me." It was five years ago and it was four years ago. He's always shown me love."
