Nate Diaz warns that Jake Paul's punching power is comparable to being hit with a baseball bat

Jake Paul's punching power has drawn comparisons to the force of being hit with a baseball bat, raising concerns for his upcoming match against Nate Diaz.

Paul's Impressive Record

The YouTuber-turned-boxer is set to step into the ring again over the weekend in Texas, facing off with former UFC star Diaz. This will mark Paul's fourth bout against an MMA veteran, following victories over Ben Askren, Tyron Woodley, and Anderson Silva.

Anthony Taylor's Warning

Cage fighter and influencer boxer Anthony Taylor, who sparred with Paul in preparation for two of his previous fights, has warned of the devastating power possessed by the American fighter. Taylor believes that Diaz, who is 38 years old and smaller in comparison to Paul, will struggle to withstand his opponent's firepower.

Taylor stated, "I hear Jake Paul is looking superhuman in this camp, he's training with killers and there's no question he's going to send Nate Diaz into retirement. Respect to Diaz, he's had a great career, but he's not going to know what's hit him when Jake detonates on his chin. I've tasted Jake's power and his right hand hits like a baseball bat. Given Diaz's age and how much smaller he is compared to Jake, I don't see how Diaz can stand up to that kind of firepower."

Diaz's Move to Boxing

Diaz made the decision to leave the UFC in order to pursue a career in boxing, forfeiting a trilogy fight with Conor McGregor in the process.

Taylor's Hopes for Paul's Next Fight

Taylor expressed his desire to see Paul secure a super-fight against McGregor after defeating Diaz. He acknowledged that McGregor would provide a tougher challenge due to his sharpshooting skills. However, Taylor still expects Paul to dominate the match and ultimately retire both McGregor and Diaz consecutively.

Taylor said, "Once he's knocked out Nate, what I'd like to see Jake do next is bring Conor McGregor into the ring at a catchweight. Conor is a sharpshooter, so it will be more of a difficult fight than Nate, but I expect Jake to rag doll Conor around the ring once he's found his range and timing. Ending the careers of Conor and Nate back to back would be a hell of an achievement."

Stay tuned for Jake Paul vs Nate Diaz, a highly anticipated fight that promises to be filled with explosive action.
