Oleksandr Usyk, a Dubai trainer camp manager with heavyweights in alarming shape, sent Anthony Joshua a chilling warning

OLEKSANDR USAYK has sent an ice cold warning to Anthony Joshua in advance of their clash.

The Ukrainian ace, 35, defeated AJ in his WBA, IBF, and WBO heavyweight title bouts in September. They will rematch in Jeddah in Saudi Arabia on 20 August.

The defending champion spent time at the front line repelling Russian intruders before beginning his training camp. He is now tapering off preparations for Dubai.

Amir Khan, the British boxing legend, visited the gym to ask if Amir Khan was ready. He replied: "I was born ready."

The 2012 Olympic gold medalist revealed that he woke up at 4:45 in the morning to complete THREE punishing sessions each day.

Ex-14st 4lbs boss, who was as light as middleweight during his amateur days, has now bulked up for Rage on Red Sea.

He explained that his ideal weight was 16st before his 2021 point win over Derek Chisora.

For the Halloween London clash, he was only able to reach 15st 7lbs.

He was 15st 11lbs pure muscle, and freakishly fast in the ring when he defeated AJ at Spurs Stadium. AJ was 17st.

Joshua looks even more overweight than he used to be, which could indicate that he is about to have a rough night.

Usyk, after his unanimous victory over Del Boy, said that he felt more powerful since moving up from cruiserweight.

"I gain extra weight when I exercise in the gym, and I feel less flexible and sharp. But that's only because I have put so much effort into it.

"When it comes down to sparring or boxing, me and the team will decide at what weight I should fight.

"I will keep at that weight, it will be ideal to my movement, because that is my main skill."

Chisora and Usyk met in London at the launch press conference of the rerun. They shared a sauna, steam room, and a sauna.

The 38-year old revealed that Usyk had devised a bizarre training program to ensure his success against the Watford icon.

Chisora stated that he was about to leave the Russian Bath House I use for my recovery stuff when he told me to hold on because he had something else.

"I sat down and all I heard was Deek, Deeerrrrek," just like he said during the build up to our fight.

"I began talking to him and laughing, and I told him that he looked tired.

He said he had just completed five hours of swimming. I said to him that he was lying and couldn't swim for five hour.

"But his trainer assured me that it was true, and then showed me a clip of him swimming in an Olympic pool for five hours.
