ANTHONY JOSHUA's highly-stakes rematch against Oleksandr Usyk has been "on the brink" for being announced.
AJ's showdown against the undefeated Ukrainian in Saudi Arabia was originally scheduled for July 23, but it has been pushed back to August because of broadcasting rights issues.

Eddie Hearn, the promoter of the deal, has been hard at work to finalize the details and arrange a whistle-stop tour around the world. He expects to announce desert dust-up within the next few days.
TalkSPORT spoke with the head of Matchroom Boxing, saying that they are on the verge now of signing all paperwork. It's only seven weeks away [July 23, 2017]. It's a huge job.
They want to do international, multi-city press tours. There are TV rights to discuss, and sponsorship to discuss.

Joshua, 32, lost control of the WBA, IBF, and IBO heavyweight titles when he met the undefeated Usyk in September. Usyk boxed his route to a narrow points win in their Tottenham tussle.
Robert Garcia, the world champion coach, has been hired by Watford's warrior to help him prepare for the summer showdown.
Hearn thinks that Garcia's addition will see Joshua taking revenge on the southpaw.

"But his frame of mind, Robert Garcia has been brought in to camp as his new trainer. He looks incredible.
