Preparation is at its peak with heavy-duty sparring partners brought in to give the Ukrainian many looks.

For the last weeks of camp, Team Usyk has enlisted Martin Bakole, a Congolese heavyweight.

Bakole, who assisted Tyson Fury in his Wembley war preparations with Dillian Whyte back in April, tweeted a post training selfie of him and Usyk Monday evening.

The caption that accompanied his caption was: "Enjoy sharing your ring with only the best. Because I know I am one of them.

Team Usyk, according to Billy Nelson, has been impressed by Bakole's brief stint at the camp.

Sky Sports was informed by the Scot: "Usyk really values Martin's skills.

"He sparred with him in the UK before the first AJ fight, and now they have asked him to return in Dubai for AJ 2.

"Clearly, they regard him highly."

Joshua was defeated by Usyk with a stunning performance in their Tottenham tussle, which saw him box his way to victory by unanimous vote.

In the midst of conflict in his homeland Ukraine, the former undisputed champion of cruiserweight has been training for the biggest fight of all.

He plans to return to his homeland immediately after shaming Joshua.

TalkSPORT was informed by him that he would travel to Ukraine as soon as he had finished the fight.

"If I win my fight on the 20th of October, I will be in Ukraine on the 22nd of November."
