Oleksandr Usyk is bulking up for Anthony Joshua rematch by doing TRIPLE daily sessions, and FIVE HOUR swims

OLEKSANDR USAYK has gotten bulky and is now a formidable heavyweight in his fight with Anthony Joshua. This is thanks to the 4.45am alarm calls and TRIPLE daily sessions.

35-year-old AJ's WBA and IBF heavyweight titles were claimed by the Ukraine ace in September. They will meet again in Saudi Arabia a week later.

The Ukrainian champion has been training for FIVE hours straight.

Usyk has slowed down preparations for Dubai.

Amir Khan, the British boxing legend, visited the gym and revealed that he had been getting up at 3am to do three intense sessions per day.

Khan demanded Khan if he was ready to answer Khan's question about the undisputed cruiserweight king. Khan replied: "I was born ready."

Usyk, an amateur boxer who fought at middleweight, has bulked back up for the fight.

He claimed that 16st was his ideal weight before his win over Derek Chisora in 2020 points.

For the London match, he was only able to reach 15st 7lb.

He was able to reach 15st 11lb pure muscle and maintain his speed when he dominated AJ at Tottenham’s stadium. His rival was 17st.

He now looks way more than his dream weight, which could indicate that Joshua may be in for a rough night.

Usyk declared after his victory over Del Boy: "I feel more power since moving up from cruiserweight.

"When it comes down to boxing, me (and my team) will decide the best weight for me to fight at.

"I will keep at that weight, and it will be ideal to my movement -- that is my main skill."

Chisora, 38 years old, was visiting London to launch the AJ rerun.

Chisora also revealed Usyk’s insane regime.

He replied, "I told you he looked tired. He said he had just finished five hours of swimming.

"I told him that he was lying and that he couldn’t swim for five hour.

"But his trainer assured me that it was true, and then showed me a clip of him swimming in an Olympic pool for five hours.
