OLEKSANDR USAYK will play in a friendly match on Thursday, as talk rages over a rematch against Anthony Joshua.
The 35-year old will be playing for Ukrainian second-tier side FC Polissya in the later part of this week's team's winter training camp.
Usyk is currently training with FC Polissya, a second-tier Ukrainian side
The unified world heavyweight champion is now working with the rest as he improves his football skills.
You could see Usyk getting ready in the change room, jumping for headers and participating in a practice match.
This downtime occurs just days after Tyson Fury's collapsed potential undisputed fight.
Fury and Usyk were in talks about whether Anthony Joshua or Dillian Whyte could step aside so that the two can meet for all belts.
However, nothing was ever reached and purse bids were made for Fury's mandatory defense against Whyte.
Frank Warren, Gypsy King's promoter, won the bid. He now hopes to stage the fight in April.
After talks between Fury, Usyk and Joshua ended in a stalemate, Whyte and Joshua's promoter Eddie Hearn accused Usyk of trying to duck the Ukrainian.
He stated to iFL TV, "The truth of the situation is that we would be willing for a long-form agreement with a Plan for AJ.
"But we are not at that stage. Tyson Fury was able to discuss the topic - Fury does not want to fight Usyk in my opinion.
"Because he was able to do it through these conversations and really, when it came to it, it was really down to it, it was really not something he wanted to.
"Fury would like to have a March one, and that's all he wants.
"Now, he will have to fight DillianWhyte. And by the way, after all this kerfuffle he'll be beat by DillianWhyte. He'll get knocked unconscious by DillianWhyte."

The Brit was defeated by Usyk in a unanimous decision at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium last September.
If AJ can be defeated once more, Fury vs Whyte will then be his opponent.
