PARIS FURRY revealed the date her husband, Tyson, heavyweight boxing king, will be retiring.
Deontay wilder was knocked out by the 33-year old to keep his WBC title. The all-time heavyweight champion took place earlier in the month.
Paris and Fury have been together ever since they were teenagers
Fury was crowned the No1 heavyweight in world boxing, and he concluded his trilogy with The Bronze Bomber.
Fans look forward to big clashes between Fury, Dillian Whyte, Oleksandr Usyk and Anthony Joshua.
Paris, however, has reacted to Tyson's claims that she is only with him for the money. She doesn't believe her husband has enough years left before he gives up.
TalkSPORT spoke with her and she stated that she believes he will do it for several more years. He's 33 years old now. I believe he will continue until he reaches 35.
"I know Wladimir Klitschko and other men who have continued on until their 40s, but how do you continue to lose your mind?
"I don’t know what to do, but Tyson would not let me see that." He should stop.
"There will always be someone younger and fresher than you if your past limits are reached.
"I think Tyson should be able to rest easy for another two-three more years."
Fury defeated Klitschko in 2015 to end the Ukrainian's 11-year reign as the heavyweight champion.
The Brit's mental health spiralled after he retired from the sport. He struggled with depression and drug addictions.
He returned to boxing in 2018 and within six months, he was in the ring with Wilder, an undefeated knockout artist.
Although the fight ended in a draw, many felt that Fury outboxed Wilder almost throughout the 12 rounds. However, the victory was denied to Fury.
After a dominating performance, he took on two more fights against Tom Schwarz in 2019 and Otto Wallin in 2020. In February 2020, Wilder was rematched.
The trio bout was delayed by the coronavirus pandemic, which almost ended all hope of it. Fury then looked to pursue Joshua.
An arbitrator ruled that Wilder was entitled to a third fight. The pair were forced to meet again.
Fury knocked Wilder out in round three, before The Gypsy King was knocked down twice in round four.
Fury remained calm and sent Wilder to the ground in the 10th, before finding the decisive knockout punch in 11th.
