Athena, the sixth child in the Fury family, was placed in ICU.

It was confirmed that Athena was in stable condition. Paris Fury, mother of Athena, thanked all those who wish her well as Athena's continued improvement.

On Instagram, she wrote: "Thank God that she's doing well."

"And thank-you for all your thoughts, prayers, and messages."

Fury, a 32-year-old heavyweight champion, had returned to the UK after he was kicked out of a fight camp in the United States.

Coronavirus guidelines required him to isolate before he could join his wife. He had previously been scheduled to miss the occasion due to his fight against Deontay Wilder.

This battle will be held on October 9, giving the Gypsy King some family time before returning to training.

The boxer also updated his fans on Monday about the condition of his newborn.

Fury stated: "Hi guys! The baby is doing fantastic. A lot, lot better.

"She's doing well when she's not on the ventilator. She is so sweet."

Fury also said he has a GoFundMe account to make donations to Ronald McDonald House Liverpool in gratitude for taking care of Athena.

The Brit also offered the opportunity to any donor to win two signed WBC belts.

On Tuesday morning, Ovr 1000 donations had been made, amounting to almost PS26.500.

Athena, Fury's third child, is Fury and Paris' third child - after Valencia Amber, 11 and Venezuela Amber, 3.

The boys are Prince John James, eight years old, Prince Tyson II at four and Prince Adonis Amaziah, one year.
