The ex-9st king of Sheffield, who was born in Sheffield, rents a PS1.4million house backing Windsor Castle.
Naz lost in thought while on a Berkshire shopping trip and walking his dog.
One observer said, "He used be well-known for his showmanship and killer punches. But now, hardly anyone recognizes him."

Naz, 48 was just 28 when he retired with a record 36 wins and one loss.
Only Marco Antonio Barrera, the Mexican great, was able beat him with a unanimous points win in Las Vegas in 2001.
Father-of-three Naz was the champion, holding three of the four major belts in the world -- the WBO and IBF -- and was widely regarded as the true champ.
After the Barrera defeat, he returned to the ring with a disappointing 2002 victory over Manuel Calvo in his last fight.
He said that he quit after winning the fifth world title belt and thought it was time to be a smart boxer.
