Ricky Hatton's Campbell wins his most convincing victory and first KO in his career against Attila Sereklye, Bilbao

CAMPBELL HATTON won the most convincing victory of his young boxing career when he smashed out Hungarian AttilaCsereklye at Bilbao.

After a questionable decision against Sonni Martinez (29), Ricky, the son of British boxing icon Ricky, Ricky was booed from Tottenham's stadium in September. Ricky traveled to Spain with his father.

It was smart to move Campbell (20) away from the bright pay per view lights in order to return on the road against Csereklye (25).

After three knockdowns the novice lightweight won his fifth victory, but it was his first professional run stoppage.

Campbell, a down-to-earth person, said that "About Time Innit?" But yeah, he's buzzing. As you can see, I didn't intend to stop him.

"So I tried to be more patient, trying making him miss a little more and using my jab. It happened by chance, so we now know what to do next.

After the pair had broken up, Campbell brought Csereklye to his knees with a clever right hook to the forehead.

A double left hook to the head and body won the second knockdown. This is a great example of his father's legendary skills.

As Csereklye made it into the second, Campbell cooly kept his composure and continued to pressure.

The show was closed with a combination that ended in a left uppercut. This gave the Manchester City fan a lot of confidence.

Eddie Hearn, his promoter, tweeted: "Good stoppage win @CampbellHatton. Perfect learning experience on road in Spain.

"Lots more activity and experiences to come in 2022."
