SHREDDED Amir Khan sported his toned abs in his last sparring session before he faced Kell Brook and declared that he was'ready for war.
The 35-year-old Bolton boxer will take on his arch rival in the long-awaited grudge bout next weekend.

He also took to Instagram to show off his beautiful physique.
Khan posted a picture in his shorts and shoes showing his six-pack.
He wrote: "Last hard spar done. Ready for war #Feb19
Khan also shared some videos of himself in training at Amir Khan Academy in his hometown.
Then he shared his schedule for next week, which included a public workout Wednesday and a press conference Thursday before the weigh in Friday. Saturday was fight night.
The Manchester Arena is hosting the ceremony, where the pair will take the stage in front of around 20,000 people. The ring walk is expected to begin at 10.30pm.

"Better looks, faster speed, more power, the engine and the chin.
"Both of our shots might not be the best, which is the truth that I am telling you.
"Those eye sockets don't help, aren't they?"

Khan stated that Khan said previously: "It comes down to how hard your work and how hard I worked going into this fight."
"Obviously, with the great sparring and great game plan for this fight I'm just going in there to hurt Kell. That's all I want to do.
"I don’t want to box him. I want to get hurt and put him away.
"He's already got smashed eye sockets, has already been beaten, knocked down, this is where I end his career off, so he never needs look at boxing again.
"This is going be a nice payday, Kell Brook. So you get this payday, walk away, and leave the sport happy."
