GERVONTA DAVIS questioned Rolando Romero during New York's defense of his WBA lightweight title.

Tank, 27, was on top form and defended his unbeaten record with a dominant performance on May 28.

Davis, who split from Mayweather Promotions following the bout, delivered a brutal one-punch finish to round six.

He was having so much fun, he even took the time to send some barbs his way to Romero's trainer Cromwell Gordon.

There had been intense build-up to Tank's bout in the Big Apple. Tank wanted to win 27-0.

There was a lot of trash talk on social networks - and 'Bullet Gordon' wasn't afraid to share his thoughts before and after the fight.

He can be heard shouting at Romero during the All Access documentary on the bout: "Box him Rolly! You can outbox Tank!"

Davis stopped his work for a few seconds to stare incredulously at Rollie's corner.

He replied, "Shut up, yo bitch!

His owners are less impressed and he yells: "FOCUS!" FOCUS!"

The fight ended in a flash when Davis connected with a huge left hook just moments after the exchange.

Davis gave a stunning performance, overcoming a slow start and dominating the middle rounds.

Tank remains unbeaten and looks forward to dominating the lightweight division.
