A Multi-Talented YouTuber-Turned-Boxer
Sulieman "Slim" Albaher, 27, is not just a boxer but also an American YouTuber and actor. He started his YouTube journey in 2012 and has garnered an impressive following of over 640,000 subscribers on his channel. However, Slim has shifted his focus to boxing since his debut in September 2019.
With a strong desire to excel in the sport, Slim has trained under the guidance of former world titleholder Sadam Ali. But now, renowned trainer Andre Rozier has taken him under his wing and believes in his potential to become a real boxer.
A Record to Be Feared
Slim Albaher boasts an impressive 6-0 record in his boxing career, with four knockouts under his belt. This makes him one of the most feared fighters in the influencer scene today. He has consistently fought under the Misfits Boxing label, having shared the ring with fellow YouTube star, The Nightmare.
In his debut match, Slim secured his first win by technical default in the fourth round against fellow YouTuber Fousey. Continuing his winning streak, he defeated DJ and producer Tom Zanetti on points at the OVO Arena in London. But his biggest challenge yet awaits on October 14, 2023, when he goes head-to-head with Salt Papi, another formidable influencer boxer.
Highly-Anticipated Fight Against Salt Papi
The upcoming undercard fight between Slim Albaher and Salt Papi is set to be one of the most highly-anticipated bouts in the influencer boxing world. Both fighters have stellar records, with Salt Papi holding a 3-0 record, including two knockout victories. His most recent win was in January this year when he knocked out Josh Brueckner.
Misfits Boxing, led by CEO KSI, is the organization behind most of the celebrity boxing cards. The Prime Card event on October 14 promises to be star-studded, with matches like KSI vs Tommy Fury and Logan Paul vs Dillion Danis taking the spotlight.
