LEGENDARY boxing trainer Teddy Atlas told Jake Paul that Jorge Masvidal should be fought instead of Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.

Trainer Teddy Atlas has urged Jake Paul to fight Jorge Masvidal
He called out several UFC stars including Masvidal Jr. and Chavez Jr.
Atlas, however, is encouraging Paul to confront Masvidal who he calls a "pretty great striker".
Atlas stated to The Schmo that he would like to see him.
"That would be very interesting. This would grab my attention. Obviously, Diaz.
Woodley was a true fighter. He was only just retired. He was 41 years old. He was a good pick for the spot.
It would be more exciting if he fought Masvidal. Masvidal is a better striker and more versatile. He could use his legs. He could choose spots. He might be able to position the right hand.
"Obviously, he called Masvidal out, and he called Diaz out. He is larger. He's larger. These are his advantages. He's smart. Many people dislike him. But, one thing I can give him credit for is that he didn't disregard boxing. He did it, and he was able to learn from it."
Masvidal and Paul share bad blood despite being once close friends and training together.
Paul offered Gamebred a fight while appearing on Logan's podcast Impaulsive.
Paul stated that Masvidal was like "I only fight the most talented people or I fight to make money. And you're neither of those."
"Masvidal! I have an offer for right now: $5m Guarantee, plus a percentage of Pay-Per-Views.
"That's the highest you have ever won in a fight. Now you don't have to say "I fight the best or I fight for money."

Masvidal turned down the offer and canceled it immediately. He posted on social media, "The UFC won't let me go for any chump change."
"Make it 20 guaranteed plus PPV, and I'm sure that the UFC will be okay with it so long as they pay their fees and then I'll happily break your face.
"If the UFC says no, because the money is still too high, then go over to them and sign a one-fight agreement. We can agree that I can only box in the cage.
"If I do something else than that, I will forfeit all my money to you." Get paid and laid out.
