HAFTHOR BJORNSSON revealed his dramatic weight loss after beating Eddie Hall.
The giant however admits that it is due to a lack of training rather than more.
Hafthor has admitted that he has lost weight since he fought Eddie Hall in March
Bjornsson (33), stunned the boxing world when he defeated Hall, a strongman, in March with a confident performance.
Hall was the Iceland actor who starred on Game of Thrones. He weighed in at a staggering 152kg.
He was already 60kg lighter than his peak weight when he competed as a professional strength man.
Bjornsson says he has lost even more weight, while still maintaining a large physique.
The 2018 World's Strongest Man admitted that his motivation to train and die consistently has decreased since beating Hall.
Thor, however, urged everyone to feel the same and accept it as part of their daily lives.
He stated that his body weight was 146kg. I haven't been 100% with my training or diet lately.
"I'm human just like everyone else, and I'm going though a time in my life when I'm not 100% focused or dedicated.

Bjornsson also revealed that he offered to spare Tyson Fury in advance of the Brit's successful defense against Dillian Whyte.
TalkSport's Thor said: "We talked about training, what is going on, the plans for his futur, what's next, what's up for him, and what's up for me."
"Just bits and pieces. Tyson Fury is a very nice man and I have great respect for him as both a fighter and as a person.
