EDDIE HALL is now back in training just three weeks after her biceps reattachment surgery. However, she is still only 33.His left hand is used.
Former World's Strongest Man, 33-year-old, had to withdraw from his fight against Hafthor Bor Bjornsson (32).
He is back training and he displayed his one-armed padwork as he traveled on the road to recovery.
Hall was supposed to face Bjornsson, also known as Thor, in September. However, it has been rescheduled for a later date.
The Brit explained that he caused the detachment while training by throwing a lazy left hook.
On Instagram, he said: "Little bit bad news. Monday was a bad day for me. I did a little bit of lazy left hook training and my bicep was detached.
"I had my surgery on Thursday and it was a success. After two days, my bicep was reattached and I am able to move it.
"Bad news: The fight will have to be delayed. It won't take place on September 18.
"I am doing all I can to heal as quickly as possible and I look forward to returning to training. I look forward to taking Thor's face off."
Thor expressed disappointment that the fight was delayed in a statement, but said he would still return next month.
He stated, "Super disappointed, but this is not in our hands."
"Next is to find a new opponent so that I can fight in September. This is something I take very seriously and I will be more prepared.
"When Eddie is ready I'll wait."
