John, his father, doesn't see a fight between Jake Paul and him coming to fruition any time soon.

TNT has been preparing for a fight against The Problem Child for many months. But his older man doesn't see the bout happening any time soon.

He stated to BT Sport that he believed the Jake Paul fight was a farce, as Jake Paul looks at it.

"But Tommy brings his unique thing to this pay per-view. He is his own star on pay-per view, and he has his own credibility.

Jake Paul wanted him on the show because of that. It's not just to fight him; it's what Tommy brings.

"He has millions of Instagram followers. He's out there. He's a good-looking child. He can fight.

He's got lots to offer, Tommy, and that's why he is on this show."

Fury, 22 years old, called out the younger brother Paul moments after Taylor's dominant win over Taylor. He said: "Jake Paul should enjoy an easy night [based] upon that night.

"So, he has no excuse not to take the fight. Let's go, jake Paul. I've done my bit, you do your bit.

"It should be simple enough for him as I said. I sparred with him for four rounds.

"Jump in to the ring, it's shouldn't be any test at all."

He said: "Looking at this, Jake Paul. You should have an easy evening mate.

"There are no excuses. "You've seen everyone, I've received the greatest cheers in the entire place.

"There are no excuses, running or hiding. You are my next target, bum. Let's go!

Fury was not impressed with his performance, despite his seventh professional win.

He stated that it wasn't his best performance, and that everyone will be aware of this.

Boxing is, at the end of it all, the most difficult game in the world. It would be easy for everyone.
