Tommy Fury is snubbed by Jake Paul as he tells his manager that he would like to fight ex-world champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.

JAKE PAUL seems to have opted for Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., former world champion, and he has apparently omitted Tommy Fury.

YouTuber and boxer, Tyron Woodley won a thrilling sixth round KO win over the former UFC champ last weekend. This brings his perfect record to 5-0.

The bombshell was dropped by his manager via his promotional Instagram page

According to Nakisa Bidarian his manager, the ex-Disney star wants to face Chavez Jr., a former WBC middleweight champion.

On Instagram, he wrote: "It shows how impressive Jake is that people think that this should be his next adversary."

"Even more impressive is the fact that Jake messaged @nakisabidarian, and said let's get it next."

Chavez Jr., the son Mexican great Julio Sr., has lost five out of six fights since he lost the 160lb belt to Sergio Martinez in 2012.

The 35-year old was last seen in action in June when he lost a split decision to Anderson Silva, a former UFC champion.

Paul's decision to clash with Chavez Jr seems to have put an end the talk of Fury being in a grudge match.

Paul, a social media sensation, was scheduled to meet the Fury younger brother last weekend. This was before the ex-Love Island star with whom Paul is currently in a relationship had to withdraw due to illness and injury.

Team Fury is hopeful of rescheduling their fight for early next Year, even though Paul recently stated that he hasn't heard from them since Woodley's defeat.

He tweeted Tuesday: "Just asking my team if they have heard from Frank Warren, Fury's or Queensberry... Not a f ****g!

"Fumbles and fake flaks they are!"

Paul, 24, suggested that Fury wouldn't get another bite after his win, saying, "I don’t really know what’s next on our roadmap."

"I have done it all and I have achieved what I want."

"I need to stop, I have been doing this non-stop for over a year and half and it's a lot.

"I'm tired, I need to spend some time with my family at Christmas, and then go on vacation. I haven't been on vacation since I was 18, so I'm not sure what to do.

"I said to myself, "Not until you feel like your life is in a place where you can afford a vacation." And I am.

"This will be my first vacation without any obligations. I've been on vacations that required me to film, vlog, interview and get up at a specific time for work.

"I'm on a real vacation, doing backflips in the water. I'll return whenever I feel like it."
