Love Island Star and Boxer Achieves Massive Goal
Tommy Fury, known for his stint on Love Island and his undefeated boxing record, has made a surprising move into the world of acting. The younger brother of heavyweight champion Tyson Fury described this new career venture as a "massive goal" achieved.
From the Ring to the Big Screen
Having gained fame on Love Island in 2019 and boasting a 10-0 record as a boxer, Fury is now set to make his mark in the acting world. The 25-year-old has secured a role in an upcoming comedy movie titled "The Debt Inherited," alongside stars like Leo Gregory and Paul Anderson.
A Glimpse into the Film
"The Debt Inherited" is a black comedy crime film that follows the story of two brothers, Colin and Stanley, who find themselves embroiled in a criminal underworld while trying to repay their late father's debt to a notorious loan shark named Maggie. Fury will play Johnny, a no-nonsense henchman in the movie.
Continued Success in Boxing
Despite diving into acting, Fury had a successful year in boxing in 2020, defeating YouTube sensations Jake Paul and KSI. However, he had to undergo hand surgery following a controversial win over KSI in October. Fury is now eyeing a rematch with Paul after handing both him and KSI their first boxing defeats.
