According to No Smoke Boxing Fury and Woodley have been lined up for a spot in the Middle East undercard.
Discussions are reportedly in progress for a catchweight clash around 185lb
Woodley, 40, lost his two only boxing matches since leaving the UFC. Both were against Jake Paul (25).
The first took place in August 2021 and lasted eight rounds. Fury was injured four months later. Woodley then replaced Fury with a new fighter, Fury 23, but lost the rematch to KO.
Woodley weighed in at 190lb for the two defeats while Fury weighed in at 176lb for his final win against Daniel Bocianski (27 years old) in April.
After breaking a rib during training, the 2019 Love Islander pulled out from facing Paul.
They were rescheduled for the 6th of August at New York's Madison Square Garden, but Fury was pulled due to a US visa problem.

He has been back in the ring for three exhibitions and will face Mikuru Asakura (MMA fighter), next in Japan on September 25th.
In one round, he defeated 24-year-old featherweight kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa in Tokyo's first return to the ring.
In June 2021, he completed the eight-rounds with Logan Paul (27), giving away TWOSTONE while doing so.
Most recently, Mayweather beat Don Moore in Abu Dhabi as his sparring partner.
This was Deji's first fight under the Global Titans Fight Series. He expected Deji to be his second opponent under the new banner.
