This set up a pay per view celebrity grudge match. Tommy had to withdraw in December due to a fractured rib.

The 7-0 light-heavyweight fighter was able to make a full recovery and will be back on the undercard for Tyson's fight against Dillian Whyte.

This means Tommy was able to see the WBC champion in action, and it also gave him some inspiration for his return.

SunSport interviewed him about his favorite camp. He said that Tyson was the best, and it's also been the most enjoyable camp he's ever been to. We share the same schedule.

HE HAS FOUR REAL MEN

Tommy Fury looks at FOUR bouts in this year's season and announces afterparty and holiday plans

"We are both preparing for the same evening and both preparing to give masterclass performances.

"So it's great, we both get along, we both know what we have in common, it's a huge show, and we've had a lot of fun this camp."

Tyson attended camp last year with his younger brother. He assumed the role of coach but is now the main man at the gym.

Tommy also revealed that there is a stark contrast in coach Tyson's performance and that of the undefeated Gypsy King.

He stated, "There's no difference. Tyson has his own training, and I have my own.

"Even though I still learn from him, he's in my gym next to mine, so we're both learning every day, so we are in the ring together.

"The amount of information I'm learning and the things he's teaching me is amazing. This kind of experience is not possible to buy.

"That's where my heart is, that's where I feel I stand out, I can do this, the heavyweight champion in the world, the best I have ever done it.

"What I do is take everything he does and make my own."

Tommy, 22 years old, has been working with Tyson in Tyson’s Morecambe gym, alongside the two-time heavyweight champion.

He sparred with Jordan Grant, an ex-opposer and amateur prospect John Dovex.

Fury beat Grant (24 years old) on points in 2021. He has also brought in the 4-2 Scot from his three previous camps.

While Dad John is still the head coach, Tyson's trainer Sugarhillsteward has been helping him.

Tommy said: "It's been an interesting mix, we both have been in the gymnasium at the same time so my father is training me in there but also training Tyson next to me in that ring Tyson is working with Sugar."

"So my dad will take you on the pads. Then I might do a round of Sugar, and then we switch and rotate.

"But my dad was the head trainer, but Sugar has taken me to the pads a few time and taught me new moves.

"So, I've been learning continuously in this camp. It's been a bit mixed, my dad's my head trainer, and that's how it has been."

Tommy started training immediately after the New Year, but he had to rest from the broken rib that cost him a multimillion against Paul, 25, which led to Tommy's inability to compete with Paul.

He stated, "We got back to training as soon we could, sparring whenever I wasn't hurt to move, and I was back running, doing all I could."

"When we began back sparring, I started to ease into it. I was taking shots in the there and the rib was holding great. I felt no pain.

It was perfect, there were no problems. It's been a great recovery and I am confident that it will last through fight night.

Tommy will fight Daniel Bocianski of Poland, who is 6ft 3in tall and holds a 10-1 record.

The unbeaten Brit refuses accept it as a risk after having seen far more talent in his star-studded gym.

Tommy stated: "The opposition I have been sparring with in the gym is level above. I believe that the stronger I am, the better I feel."

"I need to improve my game. I've said it before, but I believe that I have fallen to my opponents level at times. I have been very critical of this in the past.

"But I believe that when I need to step up, that's when I'll shine through. That's exactly what my 23rd birthday will be."

"I'm ready to take on whatever this guy has in store for me because deep down I know that I'm far more than anything I'm currently facing."

Tommy is the brother of heavyweight royalty and has been the face of reality TV shows.

He has however promised an absolutely incredible performance on the biggest stage of all, in front of a UK record attendance.

He stated, "I'm looking for a masterclass performance and taking my time."

AIR RAGE

Mike Tyson, boxing legend and boxing champion, repeatedly punches a passenger in the face during a plane attack.

"I have said this all the training camp. I really want people see that I am legitimately a contender. I want people walk away from this fight saying, "Wow, who's this guy?"

"Because of what I do in the gym, and what I do fight night, it hasn’t resembled, but this time it will.

"Everything I do in sparring is professional. It's all seasoned work. I'm going take that into the Ring and I'm sure everyone's going to be blown away by what they see."
