Tyson Fury attacks Dillian Whyte for claiming he used an 'illegal' move. He also claims that he PRAYED FOR his rival before the fight

TYSON FURY retorted after Dillian Whyte claimed that he used an "illegal" push during their fight.

Whyte was knocked unconscious by a right uppercut in April, but he complained that Fury shoved him to his death.

The Gypsy King believes it was shades Deontay Wilder who made excuses after their 2020 rematch was so one-sided.

Queensberry Promotions was told by Fury that it was disappointing because he made no excuses on the night, unlike the Bronze Bomber.

"Then the next day, he came out with a bunch of bulls ***, after fighting. He was complaining about being pushed over and having his head hit the canvas.

"I watched it. He got chinned, and was about to topple on me. So I shoved him off, and his head didn’t touch the floor or canvas.

"Watch the video and you'll see that his head has never touched the floor or the canvas.

"I don’t know the video he has, but I can see that it was a one-sided knockout and beatdown."

Fury, 33 years old, has announced his retirement after defeating Whyte (34), in six rounds at Wembley.

He is still linked to a comeback to challenge Oleksandr Usyk (35), or Anthony Joshua (32).

It ends Whyte's chances of a rematch against Fury. Fury is, however, ready to share a pint.

Fury said: "I said a prayer before the fight, and I prayed that he would perform at his best and that both of them get out of the ring safe and sound. And that we did."

Dillian Whyte deserves my respect, he did his best.

Boxing is a sport where people remember you only for your last fight. Dillian tried his best but was not good enough, and that's no shame.

These snarky comments should make him ashamed.

"His performance was his best and he lost to a better man that night.

If I had ever lost, I would have gone over to the other person and said that he was a good man.
