Canelo (32), praised his performance and admitted Usyk was too skilled.
He stated that he thought he looked great. It's not that Usyk isn't a great fighter. That's what I believe is the difference.
Canelo will be back in Las Vegas on September 17 to face Gennady Glovkin, 40. He fought Gennady in 2017, but lost to him a year later.

Canelo had been linked to Usyk's extraordinary catchweight before the defeat. Usyk is THREE STONE more than Canelo.
The four-division champion remains interested in the pound for pound clash.
Canelo stated: "It's hard, but it's not difficult. That kind of challenge is what I enjoy.
It's going to be hard, I know. But I love boxing. That kind of situation is what I enjoy.
