Fury's Surprise Move

Tyson Fury has surprised the boxing world by arranging a two-fight deal for Anthony Joshua, saving his Christmas plans. The Gypsy King, who recently freed up the December 23 date in Saudi Arabia, secured a fight with Otto Wallin for Joshua. If successful, Joshua will then have a super-fight with Deontay Wilder in 2024.

Fury Takes Credit

Fury, 35, wants his rival to acknowledge his role in securing the lucrative deal. At the launch of his upcoming fight, Fury stated, "I have made them all millionaires. But I am not here for pats on the back and all that, I have my own fight in February."

An Unexpected Bet

In addition to arranging the fight, Fury has also placed a bet on Joshua's upcoming bout with Wallin. If Jarrell Miller beats Daniel Dubois, Joseph Parker beats Deontay Wilder, and Wallin beats Joshua, Fury stands to win £130 with a longshot bet. He jokingly suggested that fans consider placing a small wager for a chance at a Christmas windfall.
