Tyson Fury claims he is not an X-Men-style mind controller - but HAS gotten in Dillian Whyte’s head

TYSON FURY denies being an X-Men-style mind controller, but he believes he is inside Dillian Whyte's head.

On Saturday night, the WBC heavyweight champion, 33-year-old, defends his title against Brixton's 34 year-old Body Snatcher before 94,000 people.

Until the last few days, Whyte refused to publicize the fight.

Fury believes that the notorious trash-talking and mind games, which helped him defeat Wladimir Klitschko as well as Deontay Wilder, are what made Whyte's training camp so quiet.

The Gypsy King smiled and said, "People always claim I'm a master of mind tricks but I don’t do anything intentionally." I talk, sometimes it's just old rubbish, sometimes it is good, and most of all it is entertaining.

"But many fighters have a fear element that I will get in their heads. I'm not Professor X. I'm just a boxer. How can I get into someone's head?

'NO EXPERIENCE'

Whyte says Fury 'outboxed him' in sparring before the grudge match

"But Dillian Whyte's refusal to get involved has demonstrated that I already know his thoughts. He is adamant that it will not stop him from staying away. He has been thinking about me, I am sure."

Fury, a furious 6ft 9in tall, entered a Derek Chisora press event in 2011. He was accompanied by two dwarfs.

A Klitschko press conference was dumbfounded when he dressed up as Batman, then he pulled off a masterstroke and revealed an old story about how he defeated the ten-year champion in sauna battle.

Although the stunts are now ridiculously absurd, the undefeated ace says he has always supported the bravado.

Sir Patrick Stewart played Professor X in Marvel's latest films. He can read minds and control them.

He stated that the Batman stunt was his favorite, and that Klitschko was the ideal fight to make it happen.

"It's fine to be confident and brash, but you must back it up.

"Some of these fighters are supposed to be confident characters, naming no names. They go into the ring but can't back up their claims.

"But, if you can stand up and defend your decision every time, then you're on to something."

Whyte will fly into the UK today to finally meet his sparring partner and former friend at tomorrow's press conference or tonight's media workout.

Fury claims that he knew his foe would be there, even though Whyte is at war with WBC over his 20% of the PS30million purse, and Frank Warren, the promoter, over the big-fight deal.

He shouted, "For the money that he's getting you, I would turn up anywhere in the country. An idiot would not.

"Even if it was a night that I had drunk every night and ate s*** every day, I would still show up to take the money." It would be a shame not to.

Whyte escaped his family to attend another training camp in the steaming-hot Algarve.

Fury also moved from Morecambe to be closer to his family. He was only four miles away from Paris, their six children.

He said, "I left my family home for eight week."

"The camp house that I used is approximately four miles from my house. It is just around the bay.

"I didn't run near the house and I never saw the family.

"But it wasn’t that difficult, it was not that lengthy a time. It doesn’t matter whether I am across or down the Atlantic, I must focus on the camp, the fight, and it isn’t a problem.
