Tyson Fury has wasted no time in ramping up the trash talk with Oleksandr Usyk, even before their official press conference to announce their upcoming undisputed heavyweight title fight.
Fury Takes Aim at Usyk
Fury, known for his brash and abrasive personality, didn't hold back in berating his Ukrainian opponent. Referring to Usyk as a "sausage" and an "ugly little man," Fury made his feelings clear during their face-off.
Not one to back down, an unknown member of Usyk's team shouted back at Fury, challenging him to "come to try" the fight.
Postponement and New Date
The highly anticipated showdown was initially scheduled for December 23 in Riyadh, but Team Fury decided to pull out after Fury's lackluster performance against Francis Ngannou. This paved the way for a blockbuster end-of-year card featuring Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder.

However, the fight between Fury and Usyk has been rescheduled for February 17, marking the first undisputed heavyweight title fight in over 25 years.
Fury's Response
Despite nursing a black eye from his encounter with Ngannou, Fury refused to comment on the new fight date. He expressed his desire to spend time with his children after being away for 12 weeks, especially his newborn baby whom he has only seen three times.
Fury concluded by saying, "Until that day, don't bother me with boxing. I'm going home, I'm going to spend some time with my kids. I've done my job and been paid, happy days."
