TYSON FURY is still going strong since beating Deontay wilder. He started jogging along the drizzly Morecambe beaches.

As he ran the early morning miles, Gypsy King was accompanied his brother Tommy, dad John and friend Joseph Parker.

Fury seemed to be in great spirits as he took on the unsettling weather in an Instagram Story, writing: "Monday morning work out!" Dad, what are you saying?

John, dad, replied "A lot of people in one box but I've worked hard for myself to stay out of the box!"

Fury concluded the video by saying, "Good, that's all we want to hear, positivity. Tommy, what are you saying? Monday morning blues? Joe, what are you saying?

Fury could announce his next fight as soon as this week. The WBC champion is set to face Dillian Whyte for the all-British title fight at heavyweight.

Tommy's brother will finally settle his differences with Jake Paul, YouTuber, in a celebrity grudge match.

Parker will also be fighting in December, as he prepares for a rematch against Derek Chisora after his May victory.

John, the father, admitted that he had told Fury to RETIRE following his epic trilogy fight against Wilder.

John said to BT Sport that he would have a restful night and is free to choose what he wants.

"I said, "Retire, you've done sufficient." He has won everything and has nothing more to prove. He has millions of dollars in the bank and is secure for his entire life.

"There is more to life than just getting your brain racked to please the public.

"He is his own man and he will do what he likes to do. For me, however, I would like to call it draw right now.
