TYSON FURY believes that Deontay Wilder will knock out Oleksandr Usyk in FIVE rounds.
Unbeaten Gypsy King believes that one punch from Wilder will send Usyk sprawling onto the canvas.
Tyson Fury believes that Deontay Wilder would defeat Oleksandr Usyk
41 of Wilder’s 42 wins were won by KO
The Gypsy King does not believe Usyk would have as much success against Anthony Joshua if Wilder, an American heavyweight, were up against him
This is despite Usyk beating Anthony Joshua twice last year and holding the WBA and WBO, IBF, and IBO world titles.
Fury claimed that he had retired after his win against Dillian Whyte in April. Fury also won the Ring heavyweight title.
Wilder, 36, hasn't fought since Fury knocked him out in their October 2021 trilogy fight.
RingTV's Fury said that Usyk was awkward for Wilder in the first three to four rounds, but Usyk slows down. We have seen him slow down.
"We've seen Joshua land a punch on him and it hurt him. Wilder would hit him with one punch and it would be over in the fifth round.
"Maybe Usyk could outbox him for 10 rounds, but in 12-round fights you're going to get hit."
Fury continued to praise Wilder's punching power and said: "I don’t care if your the slickest guy alive.
"Weave forever, Wilder!"
Wilder will be back in action against Robert Helenius on October 15, almost exactly one year after he was last defeated by Fury.
Joshua and the Gypsy King are aiming for an epic Battle of Britain showdown at the end of 2012.
Fury, the WBC champion, wants to fight Usyk in an undisputed bout early next year.
