Manager Calls Out Fury's Vacation in Saudi Arabia
Tyson Fury's manager, Egis Klimas, has criticized the heavyweight champion for taking a break in Saudi Arabia before his upcoming title fight with Oleksandr Usyk. The two fighters are set to unify all four world titles on February 17 in what will be a historic event for the heavyweight division.
Fury's Fun Getaway in Saudi Arabia
While preparing for the fight, Fury enjoyed a family vacation in Saudi Arabia. A video posted by the head of Saudi Arabia's General Entertainment Authority showed the Gypsy King paragliding, traveling on a speedboat, and flying on a private jet. However, Klimas was not impressed with Fury's antics, stating, "When one is playing around another training hard. We will see you February 17th."
Delayed Unification Fight
The fight between Fury and Usyk was originally scheduled for December but was postponed due to Fury's bout with ex-UFC champion Francis Ngannou. Fury narrowly escaped with a controversial points win after being dropped by Ngannou. In the meantime, Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder will fight on the same card to fill the gap.
Wilder Sets His Sights on Fury-Usyk Winner
Deontay Wilder, who also has his eyes on a fight with the winner of Fury-Usyk, stated that if someone holds all the belts, they will have to face him. Wilder aims to "wipe out the entire division" and is determined to secure a fight with the unified champion.
