Tyson Fury suggests he will not fight Anthony Joshua, after praising Khabib's victory in the UFC.

TYSON FURY may have dropped a hint about his retirement without ever having to face Anthony Joshua.

After AJ rejected a step-aside agreement to allow him to fight Oleksandr Usyk, the Gypsy King is now preparing for his WBC heavyweight title defense against Dillian Whyte.

Khabib shared this photo with him and he dropped the hint to praise the UFC legend.

Last week, just hours before Whyte's WBC showdown, a last-ditch attempt to make a heavyweight title fight between Fury & the undefeated Usyk failed.

Frank Warren, the promoter of the Saudi showdown, claimed that AJ demanded an additional 'PS3.7million' in order to withdraw from his rematch against Usyk. This demand drove the champ up the wall.

Joshua has remained true to his guns and will now be able to redeem himself against the Ukrainian.

If Whyte is defeated, Fury could take on the winner.

The undefeated star now suggests that he might follow Khabib Nurmagomedov, UFC legend, in quitting with an impeccable record.

He shared a Twitter picture of the MMA king with a Manchester United top at Old Trafford and captioned it: "This man did what he was supposed to." He won and came out on top. Team Khabib deserves our respect."

Fury hinted that he might retire soon after defeating Deontay Wilder last October in their trio bout.

The Telegraph reported that he did not know what was going to happen.

"I have one fight left on my Top Rank and ESPN contract and we'll find out what it is.

"But I am not thinking about boxing right at the moment. I don't know how many more fights I have left.

"I don’t know if it is necessary to fight anymore. "I don't know where the future will lead me."

He said, "I don’t have any goals in Boxing. I have done everything and won every, the only person to do it in my time."

"I will always be the WBC, WBA and WBO champions, Ring magazine champions, that will not disappear in history, but once it's done, you can't get it back.

"Once you're done, it doesn’t matter how many belts or who you beat, or what record you hold. You're just another bare bum in a shower, and that is my opinion.

It is important to take advantage of it while you can, because it will soon be gone. Even the victories and the glory fade away and you will soon be a nobody and a failure."
