Tyson Fury, HEAVYWEIGHT champion, has said that he will 'knock out' Deontay Wilder on Saturday night.
As the two fighters meet in Las Vegas, the 33-year-old Gypsy King is fighting for his WBC belt against the 35 year old Bronze Bomber.
Tyson Fury promised to knock Deontay Wilder out
Wilder spoke out in advance of the fight to explain to the media how he plans to regain the belt that he lost to Fury in February 2020.
American stated: "I can see him beating him up, and then knocking him down." The first fight is as vivid for me as the second.
"I didn’t execute the game plan, but this time it was. It's just a different feel, you know. I just see the world around me.
"The atmosphere. "The energy. I look forward to performing a fantastic show on October 9th.
"Those who are there will feel the electricity."
Fury responded to Wilder's comments by saying: "I think it is possible to go to college and obtain a masters degree within nearly two years."
"So, for a boxer it's very simple to change his style but regardless of what Deontay wilder does, I'm still going knock him out the f***!"
Wilder has made it clear that he will end Britain's heavyweight dominance by winning a spectacular fight. Fury however insists that he isn't letting down his guard.
The Brit believes he has a mental advantage over his rival and added: "I live in Wilder's mind rent free the entire time, two years."
"Every time he looks into the mirror, he sees Tyson Fury. He sees the Gypsy King every night he goes to sleep before closing his eyes at night.
"Every morning Tyson Fury is what he thinks about when he wakes up.
"Even when he sleeps at night with his mistress, he thinks of Tyson Fury." It's insane, it must be insane to be obsessed with someone like me.
