Boxing fans around the world are gearing up for the highly anticipated showdown between Tyson Fury and Francis Ngannou. This crossover clash, set to take place in Riyadh on Saturday, marks the beginning of a three-fight deal between Fury and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
A Record-Breaking Deal
Fury recently signed a deal that has left fans and experts stunned. In fact, the Gypsy King himself described it as "the biggest boxing deal ever." His US promoter, Bob Arum, revealed that the deal is worth a staggering $200MILLION (£165m).
Biggest Payday Yet
Fury's payday for the bout against Ngannou will be his largest to date. The British boxer is set to earn a whopping £65m for his boxing debut in the Middle East. This amount surpasses his previous highest payday of around £26m for his knockout victory over Dillian Whyte in April 2022.
A Lucrative Switch
Ngannou, who previously competed in the UFC, made the decision to switch to boxing in pursuit of a more lucrative career. The 37-year-old is expected to take home £8m for his fight against Fury.

Future Bouts and Rematch
The three-fight deal includes a future matchup between Fury and Oleksandr Usyk. The heavyweight division's first four-belt unification bout is already generating a lot of buzz. From the announced £165m deal, £100m is set to come from the fight against Usyk, including a potential rematch.
Floyd Mayweather's Legacy
While Fury's earnings are impressive, he still has a long way to go to match the financial success of boxing legend Floyd Mayweather. Mayweather earned close to £600m for his victories over Manny Pacquiao and Conor McGregor. In fact, he topped Forbes' sporting rich list of the decade in 2019 with a staggering £706MILLION made over his legendary career.
