Chisora is focusing on Parker's rematch before thinking about Fury.

The German was forced to retire by the 27-year old in the fifth round.

According to Ben Shalom (BOXXER promoter), Fury is now aiming to face veteran Chisora in 2022.

Shalom stated to Sky Sports that "Hughie Fury could be a world champion."

"Christian Hammer was no joke, I think we saw a Hughie who was landing cleaner shots, was more confident in himself, was more confident with his body and had more power.

"Whether Christian was hurt or not, I don't know. He took many shots, and I believe Hughie injured him.

"The heavyweight division is scattered all around the place at the moment. It's open.

"With Hughie we're going look to make the Chisora fight in early next year. We feel that this is his next step.

Chisora is focusing on his match against Joesph Parker at year's end.

The New Zealander, who is 37 years old, lost via split decision to him last time out. He's determined to make amends.

Shalom says he refused to fight Fury.

"We offered Derek the fight," continued the promoter.

"I believe he understands how talented Hughie Fury and how technical he can be.

"I believe he wanted the Parker rematch. He wanted it. Although he didn't want Hughie Fury to be his opponent, let's hope December brings some change.
