You need to eat lots of food, especially if you are 6ft 9in tall and weigh 19 stone.
Tyson Fury follows the same rule, consuming 5,000 calories per day in preparation for his third meeting with Deontay wilder on Saturday.

In an interview with Coffee Friend, George Lockhart, a nutritionist and chef, revealed the extraordinary diet of Gypsy King during a discussion.
He stated, "First thing in morning Tyson will have a cup of coffee with breakfast. What he eats depends on the activities that day."
"But one thing is constant in every day: he has one fish, one chicken and one red meat throughout each day in all his meals.
He eats approximately 5,000 calories per day, so it could go up or down.
Fury, 33 years old, will defend the title of heavyweight champion he won against Wilder, 35, 18 month ago in Las Vegas.
After suffering from Covid and Athena's premature birth, the Gypsy King had to endure a tough training camp before the fight.

Lockhart said, "He doesn’t have any cheat meals. He doesn’t really crave anything."
"He also enjoys fruit bowls and yoghurts so we give him lots of antioxidants.
"He not only gets them with the fruit, but also through the coffee, which is great for getting rid of pre-radicals.
Tyson works out as hard as anyone, so you can create a lot pre-radicals. We want to keep Tyson healthy and stress-free.
Lockhart is currently in Vegas with Fury's 11-man fight team, which also includes Love Island star Tommy.
The chef said, "When you exercise, your body creates lots of negative material. You're stressing out the body."
"The preradicals are what your body releases when we exercise, so when you take an antioxidant, it actually eliminates those preradicals.
"You can have a beautiful car and put incredible fuel in it, but it will eventually break down if it doesn't have an exhaust system."
"Antioxidants are what help you look younger. They reduce inflammation and keep you looking younger. Coffee is an excellent antioxidant.
Lockhart explained why Fury and his staff love coffee by saying: "Coffee absolutely assists Tyson Fury with his preparations, 100 percent."
Tyson enjoys it both for his performance and as a social thing. Everyone in the team enjoys a cup of coffee every morning as the men get up.
Tyson loves coffee. It's crazy that he and Sugar Hill purchased this $1,500 coffee maker.
"I thought all coffee tasted alike until I tried it." It gives him focus and energy.
Lockhart supports his boss on Saturday and insists: "I have seen firsthand in camp that Tyson Fury continues to get better and better."
Since Wilder is a puncher, I will be honest. If Wilder gets past the third round, I will be stunned.
"I believe Tyson Fury will take him out before that."
