Tyson Fury's promoter Tyson Fury gets a brilliant response from Eddie Hearn. Hearn compares Fury's boxing record with that of a heavyweight champion

EDDIE HEARN believes that Tyson Fury and he have one thing in common - they have never defended a heavyweight title around the world.

After the boxer had called him a "southern w *****'.", the promoter (42 years old) delivered the sharp rebuke.

Since Fury's unification fight with Anthony Joshua was postponed to allow the Gypsy Kings, 33, to fight in a three-fight series against Deontay Wilder, a war of words has continued between the two.

Hearn wants to emphasize that this will be Fury's first defense of one of his world championship belts in October.

Boxing Social was told by Fury that he wasn't a champion and that he's a businessman.

"But he is not the only one who has the same number of world heavyweight title defenses as I do: zero.

He should be focusing on his career. Deontay Wilder should be defeated.

Fury won against Wladimir Klitschko his first world title fight victory in 2015. This was before Fury had to withdraw due to addiction and mental health issues.

After a draw with Wilder, he won the WBC belt again in February last year. He has not fought since.

Hearn mocked the upcoming Las Vegas fight and claimed that fighters are having trouble filling the 20,000-capacity T-Mobile Arena.

He asked: "Is that fight actually happening?"

"We will soon announce our next America show on 16 October. It's only six weeks away. It's tight, but not as big as Fury Vs Wilder 3.

They have not sold any tickets and there is no hype about the fight. If it does happen, I'm sure people will tune in to watch it, but nobody is going to Vegas.

"I think 75 percent of those who went to the second bout were Brits who had flown in and normal fans can't do that now.
