Fury's Culinary Fail
World heavyweight champion, Tyson Fury, may have conquered the boxing ring, but he failed to impress in the kitchen. His wife, Paris, banned him from cooking after he served up a plate of "lumpy grey sludge" that even he refused to eat.
The House That Smelled Like Rotten Dog Food
In her new book, Paris Fury recalls the horrifying moment when Tyson attempted to cook an entire meal for their family, which she described as being similar to "sludge." The entire house was filled with a putrid aroma that resembled "rotten dog food."
No Appetite for Sloppy Cooking
Unsurprisingly, none of the Fury family had any appetite for the meal. Even Tyson decided to skip it. Five minutes later, the entire batch of food went to their neighbor's dog.
Banished from the Kitchen
Following this culinary disaster, Tyson Fury has been banned from the kitchen by his wife. The only time he is allowed in is to eat his meals and spend time with the kids.
Cravings for Bacon Pudding
During the pandemic, Tyson developed a specific craving for bacon pudding, which brought back childhood memories. However, this treat is off-limits when he is training for a fight.
Strict Diet for Training Camp
Paris, who used to cook all of Tyson's meals before he hired a full-time nutritionist and chef, knows the importance of a strict diet during training camp. Tyson follows a low-carb, protein-rich diet devised by his nutritionist.
No Comfort Food for Fury
With back-to-back fights on the horizon, Tyson Fury won't be indulging in any comfort food anytime soon. He is set to face former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou in October and then prepare for a long-overdue undisputed heavyweight title fight with unified king Oleksandr Usyk in December.
