Christian Hammer, 36, will face Joyce tonight, but he was originally scheduled to take on Parker.
After initially planning to fight Joseph Parker
, Joe Joyce will now face Christian Hammer. Frank Warren has ruled Parker out of fighting Joyce
However, Andy Lee was unavailable for the Kiwi fight and a future bout is not possible due to Parker signing with Boxxer or Sky Sports.
Warren, whose fighters are exclusively on BT Sport has now ruled out a possible fight.
Warren stated at the Joyce-Hammer press conferece: "You're flogging dead horses. This is Saturday.
"Joe Parker is not happening, end story. He signed with Sky and walked away. It's dead.

Warren can choose Joyce's next opponent, as Joyce is currently the No 1 contender in the WBO belt. Oleksandr Usyk holds the Brit title.
If Joyce beats Hammer as he expected, he could be in a world title match with Usyk and Anthony Joshua.
The pair will first face off on August 20, as AJ tries to regain his World Titles.
