Joshua made some changes to his coaching staff ahead of the match against Usyk. He felt it was long overdue.
He even admitted that he thinks about his terrible defeat every morning when he wakes up.
He said to iFL TV, "A lot of the times I wake up in morning and the fight is on my mind. You can't sleep after a fight.
"You can sleep on it after a fight, and then you wake up on the subject. I'm doing the right thing by using it as fuel for the next day.
It is something that I think about a lot, not only on a physical level but also up here. It is something I think about a lot.
"That one made my think a lot. I could go on, but I care. It's not a loss. I care deeply."
