TYSON FURY impressed fans with his incredible hand speed during training.
After beating Deontay Wilder's trilogy fight, the Brit is now back in the boxing studio.
Fury demonstrated his speed in a training video that was posted to Instagram
Fury appears to be in great shape, as he dodged, punched and ducked some striking sticks held back by Jorge Capetillo.
The training video was captioned by the 33-year old: "Practice makes perfect."
Fury is simply too fast for a man his size, leaving fans in awe.
One replied, "Too fast to handle that size."
Another commentator said, "Mans looks like the Bruce Lee of his weight class."
One fan noticed Capetillo standing on the rings steps to level Fury.

Another compared Fury's lightning quick punches to a "machine gun".
Whilst Fury has some free time on his hands, he's training his younger brother Tommy for his fight against YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul.
The celebrity grudge match will take place in Florida on December 18.
Fury says his brother must "fly to another country and stay there" if he is going to beat Paul, who's only been boxing for a few years.
The Gyspy King stated that this fight was a good one for everyone who will be watching it from around the globe in the Tampa press conference on Zoom.
"There will be many people watching. This fight is very popular.
"You have two young, unbeaten guys. It's something I look forward to. It will be a great night. Tommy is going to knock him out.
"No disrespect to Jake Paul. But, Tommy said it best: If Jake Paul can't knock Jake out, fly to another country and stay there. He ain’t coming home."
