According to PWInsider the WWE wanted Tyson as a voiceover to the opening video package. It was centered around Cena or Reigns.

However, it is claimed that they were unable to negotiate a deal for the heavyweight boxing legend.

Tyson, 55 years old, is a member of the WWE Hall of Fame and famously enforced Wrestlemania 14 against Shawn Michaels and Steve Austin.

Iron Mike was suspended from boxing for biting Evander Holyfield in the ear a year before and was reported to have been paid PS2.5million.

Floyd Mayweather (44), and Tyson Fury (33) are boxing champs. They have both appeared on WWE PPV's.

Tyson was also featured in WWE's rival promotion, All Elite Wrestling.

He presented Cody Rhodes the AEW Championship at the Double or Nothing PPV, May 2020.

Tyson, who had retired 15 years earlier, was planning to return to boxing.

He did it last November with Roy Jones Jr., 52, in an 8-round exhibition.

Cena, a Hollywood star, is also making a comeback. She shocked fans when she returned to Money in the Bank in July.

He instantly feuded with champ Reigns, setting up their SummerSlam clash.
