After taking a brutal knee at A1 Combat 4 in Atlanta, MMA star Blake Perry suffered a horrendous bent nose.

Blake Perry, an MMA fighter, suffered a broken nose which is currently the talk in the combat sports world.

Perry suffered severe injuries after Marcel McCain's brutal knee caused him to be disfigured in his second mixed martial arts professional fight.

The stomach-churning break occurred on Sunday night during Urijah Faber’s fourth installment of A1 Combat.

Perry was caught in tight Thai clinch by McCain and found himself in grave danger in round one.

McCain did not waste the golden opportunity and uncorked an imposing knee square for Perry.

Perry's nose was unaffected by the force of the knee, and it gave way.

After being treated by the doctor, the welterweight prospect was able to survive until the end and was determined to fight on.

After taking a look at his nose, however, the referee decided to end the contest.

Perry's nose was so badly damaged that fight fans were shocked.

One person said, "Dude's nose F ****D. Goddamn."

Another said, "Holy s**t that is mangled."

Another said, "Damn his nose looks like a S-shaped."

One person commented, "Rearranged his facial features like a cartoon."

Another voiced concern: "Croissant nose Ouch!"

Perry shared footage from his horrible injury to his Instagram Story, but has not yet provided an update about his nose.

Selena Bueno was his girlfriend. She wrote: @Blakemma170 is an avalonier and would have continued fighting if it wasn't for the Dr.

"This isn't the end of him, and we will be back soon with better things. Thank you so much for your love. It is greatly appreciated.

Blake suffered his first professional loss when the ref stopped the fight. His record is now 1-1.
