During an outrageous TWO-ON-1 mixed martial arts fight in Russia, a mass brawl broke out.
Epic Fighting Championship hosted an insane handicap fight on their most recent card, which was filled with other bizarre matchups.
The WWE-esque fight pitted the lean, mean Vladislav Popov against Ramzan Amsadoev and Vitaly Bykov against the slower, pudgier Vitaly Bykov.
As expected, the tag team's numerical advantage paid off quickly as they attacked their helpless foe with striking strikes.
Bykov survived the initial assault and was able to secure a stunning takedown of Amsadoev.
Popov began to pound Bykov's head on the backside of the head, just seconds after he had stopped the fight.
One of Bykov's teammates was compelled to climb into the cage and punch Popov repeatedly.
As members of both sides jumped into the cage, there was chaos as they began trading blows.
Popov returned to his feet and fired a series deafening soccer kicks at a downed Bykov, who was still entangled in Amsadoev.
He ran out of the cage seconds later and began to attack a witness.
Security quickly grabbed Popov and threw the man to the ground to calm him down.
After much posturing by the fighters and their teams, the bout was eventually halted without Popov.
Bykov won the contest using his weight and height advantages against Amsadoev, as soon as it was even.
He ended the fight in the third round by putting on a horrible kimura.
MMA fans quickly commented on the bizarre fight and the crazy brawl. One said, "Russian MMA was crazy."
Another commented, "Russian MMA is crazy compared with ours."
Another said, "I swear I see something similar every other day from Russia."
, one of Bykovs's corners jumped into the cage.
One commented, "Damn bro, the Russians know how fight!" These handicapped fights are my favorite.
Epic FC's most recent card featured a two-on-1 fight between a 75-year old man and his grandson, and a 28 year-old woman.
The event featured an intergender mismatch between Aleksandra Stepakova, strawweight, and Grigory Chistyakov (240kg).
