ALEXANDERVOLKANOVSKI ranked Conor McGregor at BOTTOM on his all-time greatest UFC featherweight champions.
McGregor was defeated by Jose Aldo, the UFC's first 145lb champion, to win the belt.

The strap was not defended by the 33-year-old Irishman.
Volkanovski (33 years old) said that defenses are necessary. I will show him respect.
"The dude can fight. He made bad decisions and did all the wrong stuff, but he is still able to fight.
"To take out Aldo at his prime, that's a remarkable feat. Aldo still shows that he is in his prime. He doesn't age.

"But again, he feels like I have done more than him so I would say that he would be at the bottom.
"He's not gonna like that, but whatever."
Aldo, 35 years old, was promoted to interim champ and undisputed after McGregor left the belt. However, he was later beaten twice by Max Holloway.
Volkanovski, 30, won two more wins over Holloway to become the fourth reigning UFC 145lb champion.

Volkanovski stated that he believes he has more work ahead of him. Aldo deserves my respect. He's amazing to have been champion for so long.
"No matter what opposition I face like Max, Max, and myself, I am fighting absolute killers. It's quite clear.
"But at the end of it all, to be champion that lengthy -- there's going to be days you don’t show up. Bad weight cuts. Injuries.
"We've all done this and it's a nightmare not to be on on a day when you have to go out and defend your belt.
"It's a remarkable feat for him to be a champion for so many years.
